Action Painting II by Mark Tansey

Break color art

With a predominant use of the blue spectrum, this artwork has a printed photograph appearance. However, an in-depth look reveals that it is far from being realistic. The paintings portrayed seem to be finished while the action is taking place at the very same moment. Tansey, as a figurative painter that focuses in color, shows in this picture his personal and suggestive style.
